Customer data processed through Cognify Works managed IT, Microsoft, cloud, security, automation, AI, custom software, hosted products, integrations, or other contracted services is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, order form, or product-specific terms.

Those customer and product environments require separate contracting and data-handling terms. This public website Privacy Policy does not by itself govern every Cognify Works software product or customer environment.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the website. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain inquiry and contact information as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, provide services, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not promise deletion on a fixed timeline.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements.

You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
